The Recruiter's
Directory
The Recruiter's Directory is a list
of Philippine-based Recruitment Agencies, both land-based and sea-based,
registered to PhilRecruit Online and accredited by the Philippine Overseas
Employment Administration (POEA). Included with the names of the recruitment
agencies are, the operator's name, telephone number, e-mail address, logo and
slogan. Furthermore, the website of the recruitment agency can be accessed by
clicking on the name or logo of the recruitment agency.
Submitting Your Job
Orders
Job orders are job details,
description and/or requirements that recruitment agencies use to recruit the
right people. Once the recruitment agencies receive the job orders, they can
screen a number of applicants and send you the workers that fit your needs.
You can submit your job orders
through PhilRecruit Online. There are 2 ways to do this.
1. Through the Employer's Tab.
You can click on the Submit
your job orders link on the Employer's Tab and choose the recruitment agency
that you prefer from the list of recruitment agencies. If you don't have a
recruiter in mind, you can choose 'Any...' from the list and we will select one for you.
2. Through the Recruiter's Directory.
Once you have chosen your ideal
recruitment agency from the Recruiter's Directory, click on the submit job order
button which can be found at the right of the recruitment agency that you have
selected.
The Guidelines
There are certain guidelines and
processes for an employer to follow in order to hire Filipino Workers through
Employment Agencies. These guidelines were formed to protect the Overseas
Filipino Workers and to make any transaction easier and more organized for both
employer and employment agency. These guidelines were taken from the Philippine
Overseas Employment Administration. Please provide time to read these
guidelines.
